Shirley A. Schultz

A longtime, dedicated advocate in support of Endeavors’ vision, Shirley A. Schultz joined the Endeavors board in 2008.

As president of Shirley A. Schultz Consulting LLC, she has more than 40 years of professional experience in Operations and Human Resources in the accounting and healthcare industries.

With designation as SHRM-SCP and SPHR, Shirley holds certifications as a senior human resource professional and maintains memberships in the local, state, and national chapters of SHRM, the Society of Human Resource Management. She has shared her expertise and time through service on various committees for San Antonio SHRM as well. A native of San Antonio, Shirley received her undergraduate degree from Our Lady of the Lake University. She and her husband, Gordon, have two grown children and one grandson.
