- Job coaching, skills training, and a mentor for employees placed by Endeavors Unlimited
- Regular check ins to ensure the new employee is succeeding in their job
- Education for current employees regarding the new employee and their disability
- Assistance in understanding accommodations
- Ongoing support for both employers and employees
