Through our innovative, personalized approach, Endeavors Unlimited’s Job Supportive Services program helps individuals with disabilities obtain and retain employment while matching their vocational interests and abilities.

WHAT WE OFFER

Career Counseling

Our career counseling program provides individuals with job search counseling to help make informed career decisions, explore occupational choices, and to prepare for the world of work in a competitive inclusive environment.

  • Identify employment areas of interest that match your skills, knowledge, and abilities
  • Map out a pathway to get you to your goal job
  • Recognize transferable skills so that you can find a job that matches your skill set
  • Identify work values to address your own needs

Employment assistance helps individuals prepare for, find, or retain employment to include resume writing, interview training, job skills training, career mapping, and assistance with finding the right job match. We assist businesses and employers recruit, retain, and accommodate employees with disabilities.

We prepare individuals by developing the employability/soft skills required to successfully obtain and maintain competitive integrated employment.

Elique has over 15 years of operations, management, and organizational leadership experience. Driven by his passion to serve vulnerable people in need, he has led the Endeavors Unlimited program since 2019. Under his direction, Endeavors Unlimited has expanded their services to not only include direct employment of individuals with disabilities, but also job supportive services to assist vulnerable people in need to prepare, search, attain, and maintain employment. Elique holds a CAPM credential from the Project Management Institute, and has extensive experience in contract management, negotiation, oversight, and planning. Under his leadership, Endeavors Unlimited has been named as a Leading Disability Employer by the National Organization on Disability the past 4 years, and was also the 2021 recipient of the Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities’ Lex Frieden Employment Award.
