Monika Serrano

Monika Serrano is a Clinician for The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors, El Paso, where she leads therapy sessions for individuals. Treating both adults and adolescents, Monika’s job entails developing treatment plans, diagnosing, and reviewing the most beneficial discharge plan for the client.
With eight years of experience in the mental health field, Monika has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Beginning her career as a crisis specialist at the Mental Health Authority in El Paso, TX, she now helps the Cohen Clinic with receiving and assisting individuals in a crisis state by de-escalating and finding the best solution for them.
In her spare time, Monika enjoys watching movies, working out, watching UFC and football, going out to eat with her husband, and spending time with her dogs.
