Feliece Murrell

Feliece Murrell is the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. In addition to her leadership role within the HR department, Feliece also serves as the co-chair to the organization’s Diversity & Inclusion committee. 

Retiring from the US Army as the Assistant Dean of Education at the prestigious US Army Leadership Center of Excellence, Feliece has led, guided, and educated senior military leaders from 47 countries.  

Aside from her work at Endeavors, Feliece continues her work with service members, providing expert guidance to help them reach their academic, employment, and financial goals. She serves as a Board Advisor for Centurion Military Alliance (CMA) and a Board Member for Four Block, where she provides strategic insight and a Veteran-service perspective to help Veterans access valuable resources and transition success. With a passion for education, Feliece also serves as an Adjunct Professor.  

Feliece holds a master’s degree in education from Penn State University as well as master’s degrees in both Human Resources and Management & Leadership from Webster University. 

Feliece and her husband Darrin have two daughters and five grandchildren.
