Dr. Priti Mody-Bailey

As Chief Medical Officer for Endeavors, Dr. Mody-Bailey oversees our medical services – including teams at our Veterans Wellness Center and the Pecos Children’s Center – to ensure we are providing quality, compassionate and dignified medical care to all of the populations we serve.

A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Mody-Bailey served as the Chief Medical Officer for Community First Health Plans before joining Endeavors in 2023.

With more than 25 years of clinical experience, she is a seasoned professional who brings extensive expertise in physician practice management, quality management, and population health management.

Her favorite mantra is ‘an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,’ and her efforts as CMO integrate the six pillars of wellness and behavioral health: mind-body, connectedness, spiritual, environmental, economic and knowledge.

Dr. Mody-Bailey brings extensive community health experience to her role at Endeavors, including roles with the University Health System, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, Bexar County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and Bexar County Health Collaborative. 

She earned her M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine located in Houston, Texas; she also holds a B.A. in Science from Houston Baptist University and an M.A. in Health Management from Webster University.
