Dondee Swart

Dondee (Dee) Swart is a Regional Prescriber for The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors, San Antonio. Helping the Cohen Clinic enhance progress and stabilization in client care, Dee provides effective medical and medication care, assesses and evaluates clients, and creates appropriate care plans that work together with clients’ therapy to provide the best outcome.

An eight year Army Veteran, Dee served as a Combat Medic/Paramedic. Her extensive experience also includes over 15 years as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit and more than eight years working among and with Veterans directly.  Additionally, Dee has spent the last five years focusing on her graduate coursework and published research on Veterans.

In her spare time, Dee enjoys spending time with her daughters, working out, watching and playing sports, grilling in the backyard, and taking trips to the park with her dogs.
