JOB PURPOSE:
The Training Generalist is responsible for providing training sessions to the staff of the Pecos Children’s Center and ensuring the effective delivery of content in Trauma Informed Care, De-Escalation Techniques, Cultural Competency, Human Trafficking, Prevention of Sexual Abuse, and other general compliance training. The position is located at the Pecos Children’s Center or other shelters for unaccompanied migrant children as appropriate.
