Special Populations Manager (Pecos, TX)

JOB PURPOSE:
The Special Population Manager will oversee the staffing, leading and supervising of the multi-disciplinary Special Population Meeting for all Unaccompanied Children (UC) residing at Pecos Children's Center who are identified as having a special need. The SP Managers populates a list of UC who meet criteria for Special Population, facilitates the meeting for the identified cases, and ensures that next steps are clearly documented to advance the case toward a recommended outcome. Will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ORR staff. Will elevate cases to the Federal Team as needed.
