JOB PURPOSE:
Resident Assistant(s) are responsible for facilitating on-site needs of residents. RAs work to foster a community that is welcoming and conducive to living. RAs are selected for their leadership potential, interpersonal abilities, positive and caring attitudes, and sense of responsibility.
