JOB PURPOSE:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Research Assistant to join our team. As a Research Assistant you will play a vital role in overseeing all administrative tasks for a research project working with Veterans, coordinating the clinical site, and ensuring compliance with the protocol. This includes actively seeking participants for the study, talking to groups of individuals, explaining services available at Endeavors, and describing the specific opportunity for individuals to participate in a research project. You will collaborate with various professionals and programs across the organization. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
The ideal candidate for this position is a proactive and compassionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and professionals. Additionally, your ability to work well under pressure and react efficiently to changing situations will contribute to the smooth functioning of the research project.
