Program Manager (CBP Workforce Wellness) (El Paso, TX)

JOB PURPOSE:

The Program Manager is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations of the Customs and Border Protection Workforce Wellness program. This position will oversee the execution of activities to include outreach, health and wellness services, case management, physical fitness and nutrition planning, scheduling of behavioral health services, and coordination of services with community service partners. The Program Manager will also be responsible for understanding, completing, and reporting on all contract deliverables.

The Program Manager must understand Law Enforcement and their family members’ needs. They should also understand case management operations, BH treatment and interventions, and process improvement. This position will be a spokesperson for the program and the capabilities that Endeavors provides in El Paso.
