Planning and Facilities Liaison (Pecos, TX)

JOB PURPOSE:

The Planning and Facilities Liaison has the responsibility of coordinating various tasks, such as scheduling projects, managing plans, supervising maintenance and repair work, overseeing contracted services, and custodial duties. This position works under the guidance of the Logistics Chief and, in this role, they facilitate leadership objectives, evaluate available resources, and develop plans for efficient execution. Furthermore, they are accountable for coordinating activities across different campus departments, monitoring the advancement of plans against specified deadlines, and ensuring that the shelter's physical operations align with budgetary and strategic goals.
