JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Sr. Deputy Director of the Pecos Children’s Center and under the direction the Migrant Services Associate Director for Training, this position’s primary purpose is to provide direction, vision, and accountability to the Pecos Children’s Center (PCC) training department. In addition to being the on the ground leader at PCC for all aspects of training, this individual will be responsible for the quality and compliance of the training content, the accuracy of the training records, and the overall operations of the department.
