Lead Licensed Clinical Counselor (Pecos, TX)

JOB PURPOSE:
The Lead Licensed Clinical Counselor at Pecos Children’s Center is responsible for assisting the Associate Director of Mental Health Services and Mental Health Senior Manager to provide oversight of mental health/counseling services for the clinical department. The Lead Licensed Clinical Counselor will assist in training new clinicians and continue to monitor clinicians’ overall functions and job duties. Leads are expected to provide guidance with mental health interventions and are responsible for ensuring the clinical team adheres to strict deadlines and time-frames with reference to record-keeping and assessments/screenings conducted by the clinical department. The Lead Licensed Clinical Counselor will abide by ORR, state, and other contractual guidelines and timeframes.
