JOB PURPOSE:
The primary function of this role will be to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall infrastructure operations to ensure stability of the organization’s IT Operation Infrastructure. This position requires extensive knowledge and expertise in Microsoft and Azure services, Cisco Meraki networking, and skills in cybersecurity. This position will act as a project and team coordinator for specialist infrastructure administrators within the IT Operations Department. The IT IOC Coordinator will work closely with the IOC Administrators to execute day-to-day operations for the organization, and work closely with the Senior Director of IT Operations to align the team and resources to the strategy and vision of the department.
