JOB PURPOSE:
The Director of Medical Administration manages the various components and staff that comprise the Medical Administration Department, including but not limited to: Medical Records, Referrals Management, Discharge Team, Medical, Staff Development Manager, and the Associate Director of Medical Administration. Responsible for responding to all questions or complaints regarding the Medical Administration Department. The Director of Medical Administration also ensures that corrective actions are taken to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations and contractual obligations
