JOB PURPOSE:
The role of the Contact Tracer is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of unaccompanied minors within the shelter. By meticulously identifying and reaching out to individuals who may have been exposed to infectious diseases or health risks, the Contact Tracer helps to mitigate potential outbreaks and safeguard the health of the shelter community. Through effective communication, data collection, and collaboration with healthcare professionals, this role contributes significantly to the overall health and safety protocols, enhancing the quality of care provided to unaccompanied minors during their stay.
