JOB PURPOSE: The PCC Associate Director of Logistics and Supply leads the entire Labor Category of Logistics and Supply. This position oversees Supply, Transportation, Property, and Clothing Departments; manages vendor relationships; and works with Endeavors’ on-site Leadership Team to develop and improve process flows. The PCC Associate Director of Logistics and Supply is responsible for aligning the use of all supplies and equipment with Endeavors’ Mission and Vision, while ensuring appropriate and effective cost-savings by monitoring purchasing, receipt, inventory, and distribution, and by ensuring all parties fulfill their contractual obligations relative to their procurement of fungible supplies and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE). The PCC Associate Director of Logistics and Supply is a leader of people, a resourceful and motivated self-starter, and someone who creates process and order in a challenging, fast-paced, and ever-changing emergency influx environment.
