Assistant Shelter Manager (Pecos, TX)

JOB PURPOSE:

The Assistant Shelter Manager (ASM) oversees the shelter staff and guides their work in the absence of or at the direction of the Shelter Manager. All care management data is the responsibility of the ASM, to include the daily info report tracking the number of UCs in quarantine, isolation, and general population as well as the number of available beds. The ASM ensures that the needs of staff and UACs are met in the shelter setting under the direction of the Shelter Operations Chief.
