Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic – MFC San Antonio

Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors®, San Antonio

The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors provides high-quality, accessible, and integrated mental health care to Veterans and their families regardless of role, discharge status.

The Cohen Clinics are Veterans Choice Providers and use evidence-based practices to improve the quality of life for Veterans and their families. Services are provided by credentialed staff trained to work specifically with the military population. Veterans and their family members receive services individually and together in the same place, at the same time, with the same treatment team.

The Military Family Clinic will also help connect Veteran families to additional future supports, e.g., housing programs, as necessary.

Intro to Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a moderate exercise that has beneficial effects on cardiovascular and respiratory function, immune capacity, mental control, flexibility, and balance.

Commonly regarded as an internal martial art, Tai Chi emphasizes the use of the mind to coordinate a relaxed body, as opposed to reliance on brute strength to achieve movement.
