SALUD JUVENIL EN EL CONDADO DE BEXAR
Al proporcionar asistencia de realojamiento rápido (RRH) a jóvenes y adultos jóvenes (AAA) entre 18-24 años de todos los géneros auto-identificados en el área del condado de Bexar, buscamos reducir el número de jóvenes que sufren de falta de hogar. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar a esta población meritoria un lugar seguro para vivir y oportunidades para alcanzar su potencial, permitiéndoles sanar del trauma y prevenir el desalojo.
Nuestros administradores de casos trabajarán con jóvenes y adultos jóvenes en el programa para:

- Acceso a necesidades básicas como alimentos, ropa y atención médica

VIVIENDA INDIVIDUAL

Sin hogar a Housed: Christine's Story

The Endeavors Angel Tree program will assist in fulfilling holiday wishes for many of our San Antonio clients that we serve. Our Community Based Services programs provide supportive housing, case management, professional counseling, life skills training, and employment opportunities for chronically homeless adults with disabilities and their children throughout Texas. The Cohen Clinics at Endeavors offer services provided by credentialed staff trained to work specifically with the military population. Veterans, active duty service members (with a TRICARE referral), and military families can receive mental health care individually and together in the same place, at the same time, with the same treatment team.
Case management support and local referrals to help with education, employment, financial assistance, housing, and legal issues are also available via the Cohen Clinics.

Disaster Case Management
By providing disaster relief services for clients impacted by crisis and/ or presidentially declared disasters, we deliver relief, recovery, and hope. With the help of your donation, we’ll be able to continue creating safe environments, providing resource referrals, and helping individuals most impacted by a disaster to get back on their feet.
Emergency Services
Make a difference for individuals with nowhere to turn after a disaster. Your donation will help families struggling after hurricanes and other natural disasters get back on their feet and rebuild a life of safety and hope.

Providing supportive employment training and accommodated employment for adults with disabilities, Endeavors Unlimited provides more than a job- it provides life-changing opportunity. Permanent Supportive Housing
Assisting those who suffer from homelessness, the Endeavors Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides sustainable housing alongside access to mental health resources, education, and job training to chronically homeless, low-income individuals with disabling conditions throughout Bexar County.
By making a monetary or tangible donation, you are helping us ensure that these individuals receive long-term collaborative treatment, supportive housing, and the supplies necessary to address basic needs such as food, clothing, and medical care.
Rapid Deployment Services
When crisis calls, seconds count. Through our Rapid Deployment Services and Temporary Shelter Operation programs, we are able to respond quickly, supplying what is needed in the event of a disaster or crisis. From emergency shelter setup and operation to case management and intake services, donating to our Rapid Deployment Services will ensure that more people are taken care as quickly as possible when disaster strikes.

Veteran and Family Support
Our Veteran Supportive Services Program rapidly re-houses and prevents homelessness among very low-income Veterans and their families by providing homelessness prevention and stabilization services, one on one case management, and assistance in obtaining VA and other public benefits. Through your donations, you’ll help us to restore dignity and offer hope to Veterans in need.Veteran Wellness Center
Making wellness a priority helps create a positive, stable post-military life. Our Veteran Wellness Center helps make that happen for Veterans.
