Phylicia Felton

Phylicia Felton is a Clinical Support Coordinator for The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors, San Antonio where she manages all intake calls and initial appointments, administers paperwork and psychometric screeners, and schedules new clients with appropriate clinical staff.
Screening and scheduling an average of 120 clients each month for care at the clinic, Phylicia works to streamline the intake process, combining the collection of demographics, billing, screening, and scheduling clients during one phone call.
In addition to being a Veteran of the United States Army, Phylicia holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Utilizing her degree to provide additional client care, she is currently obtaining hours to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Phylicia’s clinical experience includes areas of assessment and diagnosis, as well as individual therapy with adults and children. She is trained in crisis response, suicide prevention, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) Assessment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
In her free time, Phylicia likes to spend time with her children, watch movies, and read.
